- The dashboard page is what a user lands on once logging in. They can see announcements, posts, company information, etc.
- User’s with the correct level of clearance can create announcements that are displayed on this page.
- Each user has access to their own profile page, which details their role in the company and how to contact them.
- This is what the settings page looks like. A user can change any details except for their role, company email, etc, which require administrative access.
- This is the list that an IT user would have access to. This is submitted by other members of the company, and is a log of maintenance requests.
- This list includes all users listed in the company. This can be sorted through using the search bar.

- This is where the employee users login to their account.
- This is where an employee can create a new IT ticket.
- If workplace harassment occurs, an employee can fill out this ticket, and it will be sent to HR users.
